Leadership – Uniquely You

This camp is for girls who are interested in learning more about themselves and the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle. Uniquely You is designed to integrate physical activity with fun and interactive learning activities intended to improve girls’ social and emotional well-being. Topics may include: goal setting, body image, gender and the media, healthy eating, maintaining positive relationships, conflict resolution and stress reduction. Campers engage in games, group discussion, hands on activities and reflection.

Required Equipment: Athletic shoes and clothing. This camp will run outside rain or shine, so please ensure weather-appropriate clothing is worn.

A digital copy of the consent form is completed during online registration. In-person or over the phone registration requires a paper copy be submitted prior to the first day of camp.
