Fall in love with field hockey! Young athletes will learn the core technical skills of the sport, while growing their confidence and fundamental movement skills. Enjoy fun and engaging exercises designed to enhance agility, balance, co-ordination and speed. Stick-handling, goal-scoring and game-play rules will be introduced and refined. Teamwork and cooperation will be valued, and a love of sport and movement fostered.
Required Equipment: Players are required to bring their own hockey stick, shin guards and a mouth guard to camp.

A digital copy of the consent form is completed during online registration. In-person or over the phone registration requires a paper copy be submitted prior to the first day of camp.
