This program is designed specifically for teenage girls of any fitness level who are interested in learning about various types of fitness, positive self-image, and the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle. Our personal trainers will introduce campers to a variety of fitness options, from weight and cardio training to yoga, spinning, bouldering and outdoor fitness. This engaging camp is designed to help female teens learn basic muscle groups and function, balanced nutrition and proper exercise form with an emphasis on injury prevention in a safe, inclusive environment. Its focus is to introduce teen girls to the skills needed to maintain healthy, lifelong fitness in a way best tailored to their individual strengths and interests.
Location details: Drop off and pick up occur at the ARC Fitness Centre Front Desk, in the basement of the Life Building.

A digital copy of the consent form is completed during online registration. In-person or over the phone registration requires a paper copy be submitted prior to the first day of camp.
