Forest Guardians

Calling all young eco-heroes! At Forest Guardians, campers will journey through the hidden worlds of the forest, exploring a new habitat each day, from the forest floor to the towering canopy, and even the riparian zones where forest meets stream. With dirt on their hands and wonder in their eyes, campers will uncover local wildlife, solve nature challenges, and discover how every layer of the forest, including its waterways, are connected and thrive. By the end of the week, your child will become a real guardian of the great outdoors, ready to protect the forest from root to treetop to riverbank!

Please Note: There is NO swimming during this camp.

Required Equipment: Weather-appropriate clothing, hat and sunscreen, a change of clothes, closed-toed shoes that can get wet & muddy, clipboard, pencil case with art supplies (scissors, glue, pencil crayons, markers).

Lunch Details: Lunch food is not included with this camp. Please ensure your camper comes with a lunch, snacks (AM & PM) and enough water to be outside all day.

Location Details: meet at the tents setup in the South-East corner of John Henry Park (Trout Lake) near the beach parking lot and the concession / washrooms. Additional location details can be found here.
