Get started with a well-rounded introduction to Track & Field! Learn the basics of sprints, hurdles, middle distance and jumping and throwing events. Mini games add excitement and friendly competition. Participants will have the opportunity to practice a variety of movement patterns, benefiting overall athleticism and other areas of sport. Please note: this program runs outdoors rain or shine.
Prerequisites: No previous Track & Field experience required.
Required Equipment: Athletic clothing and running shoes. This camp will run outside, rain or shine, so please ensure weather-appropriate clothing is worn.
Location Details: Meet at the entrance gate along Wesbrook Mall, beside the sand pit.
