Get started with a well-rounded introduction to Ultimate Frisbee! Learn the basics of throwing, catching, cutting and defense. The camp also works on endurance, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, and most importantly, fun!
Prerequisites: No previous ultimate frisbee experience required.
Required Equipment: Athletic clothing and shoes. This camp will run outside, rain or shine, so please ensure weather-appropriate clothing is worn.
Location Details: This camp meets at Wolfson East Field in Thunderbird Park, behind the UBC Tennis Centre.
