Banish typical fitness boredom with the new Cardio, Conditioning, and Strength Classes that are designed to keep you on your toes in a group atmosphere! This suite of classes highlights exercises that focus on the muscles associated with overall cardio and strength training. Depending on the program, some of the classes might also include elements of activities such as dance and martial arts. Whether you’re new to fitness and not sure where to start, or a competitive athlete, there is a class tailored for all levels that will help you feel confident, strong, and purely enjoy being physically active.

Due to an extension of the Provincial Health Order regarding high intensity group exercise, sport, and extracurricular activities, all Cardio, Conditioning, & Strength programs are suspended indefinitely. As additional information becomes available, re-scheduled options and registration will be posted.
