Women’s Only Fitness Hours

Students are encouraged to visit the ARC Lower Level Studio during special Women’s Only hours. Enjoy private studio times, access to equipment, and the supervision of friendly and knowledgeable staff. Feel empowered and gain the confidence you need to make physical activity part of your everyday routine. This program is open to all students that self-identify as a woman. Please note that Women’s Only Fitness Hours follow the same Covid-19 safety guidelines as the ARC & BirdCoop.

Program Details

  • Dates: January 19 – March 30
    • Hours:
      • Every Tuesday from 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
      • Every Friday from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  • Registration Information:
    • Advanced registration is required; on-site registration is not available.
      • Online registration for each workout time slot is available two days in advanced at 12:00pm for all time slots.
    • Members are limited to one (1) 60-minute workout booking per day.
