February 3, 2:00-4:00 PM | BMI Checks, Ask a PT, and Push Up Challenge | ARC Fitness Centre

  • Have any questions about fitness, using the gym, or personal training? Ask one of our personal trainers and find out your Body Mass Index (BMI). Stop by the booth by the ARC desk, spin the wheel, and show us how many push ups you can do to be entered for a prize!


February 4, 2:00-4:00 PM | Learn how to use the TRX | ARC Fitness Centre

  • There are many ways to use the TRX for an effective, full body workout. Come chat with a personal trainer to learn how to fully utilize the TRX.


February 5, 2:00-4:00 PM | Learn how to use the Ski Erg | ARC Fitness Centre

  • Want to go skiing? Find out the strength and cardio benefits the Ski Erg provides without having to hit the slopes.
  • The Ski Erg is accessible to all people thanks to Active Hands grips that a personal trainer will show you how to use.
