October 21 | Mini Bootcamps | ARC Lower Level Studio

  • Come try out a quick but effective 30 minute workout targeting a specific body part!
    • 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM | Ab Blast
    • 1:45 PM – 2:15 PM | Booty Burn
    • 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Upper Body
    • 3:15 PM – 3:45 PM | AMRAP

 

October 22 | Spin Class | BirdCoop Fitness Centre 

  • Get your heart rate up and spin (indoor cycle) with us. Only 15 bikes are available so make sure you get there 10-15 minutes early to secure your spot.
    • 2:00 PM – 2:50 PM
    • 3:00 PM – 3:50 PM

 

October 23 | Sports Tournaments | SRC Gym 1 

  • Move in a different way and try playing basketball or table tennis. Whether you’re an avid athlete or want to just play for fun, sign up for one of our drop-in sports tournaments!

 

October 24 | Wellness | ARC Classroom and ARC Main Level Studio

  • Relaxation and Breathing Techniques Workshop by UBC Wellness Centre | ARC Classroom
    • 12:00 PM – 12:50 PM
  • Follow up the workshop with a yoga or pilates class | ARC Main Level Studio
    • 1:00 PM – 1:50 PM | Pilates Class
    • 2:00 PM – 2:50 PM | Yoga Class

 

October 25 | Bench Press Competition | BirdCoop Fitness Centre 

  • Check out Body Energy Club 3:00-6:00 PM at the BirdCoop for free smoothies samples and more!
  • Show us your strength and compete in a bench press competition for prizes.

Winter Membership Appreciation Week

February 3 – 7 | ARC & BirdCoop Fitness Centres

    • We’re celebrating all membership holders throughout the week of February 3 – 7 including: Fitness Centre, Yoga & Pilates, and Boot Camps & Spin Members.
