  • Personal training packages can be purchased at the ARC or BirdCoop Desks, and online.
  • A fitness centre membership is not required for personal training sessions.
  • To get started with personal training, fill out the following form to get set up for a FREE consultation.

UBC Recreation’s Personal Trainers are UBC Students or new Personal Trainers, so we are able to offer the lowest-priced personal training packages in Vancouver!
