Boot Camps & Spin Schedule

For safety reasons, entry to Boot Camp & Spin classes is capped after the first 5 minutes of class.
All Boot Camps, Pilates, Spin, and Yoga Classes operate on a first-come-first-serve basis until capacity of the class has been reached. Please note the following room capacities:

  • ARC Lower Level Studio Capacity = maximum 30 people
  • Ponderosa Studio Capacity = maximum 25 people
  • BirdCoop Spin Studio Capacity = maximum 15 people
  • SRC Dojo Studio Capacity = maximum 30 people

    Boost your athletic performance with this full-body functional fitness workout.  Our personal trainers use plyometrics, sports drills, kettlebells, and conditioning intervals to train your functional strength, core strength, agility, speed, power, cardio endurance, and VO2 Max.

    The perfect class to get your fitness journey started (or kickstarted after some time off).  This full-body workout is less intense than a traditional boot camp, but still effectively improves your cardio, strength, and muscular endurance while our personal trainers help you feel confident in your exercise form and execution.  Gain exercise knowledge and confidence!

    Experience Calisthenics - the art of using your bodyweight to build lean muscle, strong joints, flexibility, and mobility.  A mixture of controlled movements builds gymnastic strength.

    This group-fitness-style class is dedicated to working your glutes and abs. Our motivating instructors lead you through targeted exercises to build lean lower-body muscle and core strength.

    Feel the burn!  Cardio drills, high-intensity training, and focussed 3D core work make this class challenging, but achievable.  Come push your cardio limits and have our personal trainers lead you through technical core exercises targeting your abs, obliques, and glutes!

    This group-fitness-style class is a fusion of kickboxing techniques, aerobic conditioning, and resistance training. Drawing from traditional elements of martial arts, students will experience a full body blast in a fun and energetic setting.

    Perfect for participants who love exercise circuits!  This well-rounded workout improves your cardio, strength, muscle tone, and burns through calories using exercise circuits.  Core training included!

    This high-intensity class combines resistance training, cardio intervals, and conditioning drills from a variety of martial arts (MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing) to build explosive power, functional strength, agility, and cardiovascular endurance.  Perfect for regular fitness enthusiasts pursing a high level of conditioning or novice/intermediate martial arts practitioners getting in shape for competitions.  This intense workout is best-suited to those with some basic conditioning, but modifications are available for all fitness levels. This class is performed barefoot, on Tatami martial arts mats in the SRC Dojo.

    Get your sweat sesh here!  High Intensity Interval Training uses short bursts of intense cardio training to maximize calorie burn and cardiovascular training.  Burn through calories and leave feeling proud (and sweaty).

    Types of Spin Classes

    Short and sweet!  Ride the rhythm of the music through this high-intensity Express class to maximize cardio training and calorie burn in 35-minutes.

    Improve your cardio while building muscular strength and endurance!  This 40/45-minute class is filled with energetic combinations of speed work, intervals, climbs, and high-RPM (Rate Per Minute) sprints.

    Develop your muscular and cardiovascular endurance! This 60-minute sweat session uses high-energy music to motivate you through longer speed intervals, climbing drills, and leaves you with a sweaty endorphin high.
