Welcome to Cardio, Conditioning, and Strength!

Banish typical fitness boredom with the new Cardio, Conditioning, and Strength Classes that are designed to keep you on your toes in a group atmosphere! This suite of classes highlights exercises that focus on the muscles associated with overall cardio and strength training. Depending on the program, some of the classes might also include elements of activities such as dance and martial arts. Whether you’re new to fitness and not sure where to start, or a competitive athlete, there is a class tailored for all levels that will help you feel confident, strong, and purely enjoy being physically active.

Notice: Power Cycle Cancelled – May 15, 2019

Unfortunately today’s fitness class, Power Cycle from 5:30 – 6:30 PM in the SRC Spin Studio are cancelled due to instructor illness.

Try All Fitness Classes for Free from May 21-27


 

Try over 90 different types of fitness classes from May 21-27, 2019!

Free Week is back again for the Summer with a variety of classes in Dance, Martial Arts, Cardio Conditioning & Strength, Boot Camps, Yoga & Pilates, or Strength & Group Fitness for you to try at no cost. Absolutely no experience is necessary, and all students, staff & faculty, and community members are invited to come. Happening at the Student Recreation Centre (SRC), ARC, and Ponderosa Studios, be sure to come early as some classes can reach capacity quickly.

BirdCoop Saturday Operating Hours Update – May 1 – August 31, 2019

The BirdCoop updated operating hours for Saturdays will be 10:00am – 7:00pm from May 1st – August 31st, 2019, inclusive. Please disregard the hours listed in the 2019 Spring/Summer Recreation Guide. All other BirdCoop, ARC, and SRC operating hours will remain as listed.
