Cardio

Street kickboxing combines the best Martial Arts from around the world including Thai Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Savate and more. We will be training feet, hands, knees and elbows, as well as kickboxing-specific conditioning.

Conditioning

Barre Fitness combines yoga, pilates, and ballet barre conditioning to tone your whole body while developing balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes consist of yoga poses that flow readily into strength work and students can expect to be challenged in a warm and friendly environment. Classes will utilize both the mat and the ballet barre.

Strength

This studio setting focuses on weight and training using body bars, dumb bells, kettle bells, med balls and body weight. It will also include cardio and core training. This class is designed to tone and strengthen your body, giving you the look you want. All in a fun group atmosphere. (Max 15 people)
