Feel the excitement and rush of these classes surrounded by good music, outgoing and friendly instructors, and a supportive community of like-minded individuals. Structured so that you can schedule some “me-time” in your hectic day, these convenient 45 – 55 minute classes focus on you and your fitness goals through the use of dynamic circuits, intervals, or light weights. Make this small moment of the day all about you and put your health first. Be proud and gain a sense of accomplishment after finishing a weekly class!

Notice: Power Cycle Cancelled – May 15, 2019

Unfortunately today’s fitness class, Power Cycle from 5:30 – 6:30 PM in the SRC Spin Studio are cancelled due to instructor illness.

Try over 90 different types of fitness classes from May 21-27, 2019!

Free Week is back again for the Summer with a variety of classes in Dance, Martial Arts, Cardio Conditioning & Strength, Boot Camps, Yoga & Pilates, or Strength & Group Fitness for you to try at no cost. Absolutely no experience is necessary, and all students, staff & faculty, and community members are invited to come. Happening at the Student Recreation Centre (SRC), ARC, and Ponderosa Studios, be sure to come early as some classes can reach capacity quickly.

BirdCoop Saturday Operating Hours Update – May 1 – August 31, 2019

The BirdCoop updated operating hours for Saturdays will be 10:00am – 7:00pm from May 1st – August 31st, 2019, inclusive. Please disregard the hours listed in the 2019 Spring/Summer Recreation Guide. All other BirdCoop, ARC, and SRC operating hours will remain as listed.
