Try All Fitness Classes for Free from May 21-27


 

Try over 90 different types of fitness classes from May 21-27, 2019!

Free Week is back again for the Summer with a variety of classes in Dance, Martial Arts, Cardio Conditioning & Strength, Boot Camps, Yoga & Pilates, or Strength & Group Fitness for you to try at no cost. Absolutely no experience is necessary, and all students, staff & faculty, and community members are invited to come. Happening at the Student Recreation Centre (SRC), ARC, and Ponderosa Studios, be sure to come early as some classes can reach capacity quickly.

Unfortunately tomorrow’s fitness class, Pilates on Tue, March 19, 2019 from 12 – 12:55 PM in the ARC Main Level Studio is cancelled due to instructor’s availability.

Due to change in instructor’s availability, two Pilates classes on Thu, March 14 at 12:00 pm and Wed, March 20 at 5:00 pm at ARC Main Level Studio will be substituted with 50/50 Yoga/Pilates classes.
