Yoga & Pilates Schedule

For safety reasons, entry to Yoga & Pilates classes is capped after the first 5 minutes of class.
All Yoga & Pilates Classes operate on a first-come-first-serve basis until capacity of the class has been reached. Please note the following room capacities:

  • ARC Main Level Studio Capacity = maximum 60 people
  • Ponderosa Studio Capacity = maximum 25 people

Pilates is designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles, creating a toned and lean look. Pilates improves posture, flexibility and balance. Core exercises are emphasized, and you will definitely feel the burn!

Flow Yoga

Fun and appropriate for all levels of skill for yoga. Flow Yoga places an emphasis on moving through postures while synchronizing your breath and movement, this class will develop core strength, breath awareness and improve your spine’s alignment.

Vinyasa Yoga

A great all-levels class for those who wish to move their bodies and relax deeply. This class will be slower paced and softer than a power class, however it still focuses on strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. This class incorporates sun salutations and juicy stretches with an emphasis on calming the body and mind. Basic yoga postures are combined with regulated breath and performed in a systematic and accessible manner. This class helps reduce stress, increase energy, stretch, strengthen muscles and encourages you to breathe more freely and fully.

Hatha Yoga

A relaxed, revitalizing all-levels class designed to improve flexibility and muscle tone. The poses used in Hatha Yoga are similar to those in Vinyasa, but transitions between poses are slower-paced, providing more opportunity to focus on alignment and form.

Saturday Yoga

This 75-minute yoga class is invigorating yet gentle, allowing students to explore their balance, strength and breathe. Various forms, methods and techniques are taught including flow based movement, dynamic sequences, static holds, and stillness practices. Often taught with music, this class is appropriate for all levels. Students are welcome to modify forms as they see fit, to make this class as challenging or restorative as they need.
