Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to build on your existing knowledge, Fundamentals of Fitness classes are designed to help you feel confident, capable, and strong.  You’ll learn how to use equipment safely and effectively, develop proper technique for foundational movements, and build a solid base for long-term progress.  Led by knowledgeable instructors, each session offers personalized guidance in a fun, supportive, and inclusive group environment – so you can grow at your own pace while enjoying the journey.
