Aqua Fitness Programs

Hydro Board Fitness is a specialized Aquacize class performed on floating Stand-Up Boards/Mats. Participants will work through a number of different routines while maintaining balance on Hydro Boards and constantly working their core. Walking Programs

Guided Walks with the Move U Crew

Our walking program offers free and welcoming opportunities for you to take some time for yourself, connect with peers and colleagues, get outside, and move! Join the Move U Crew every second Wednesday at noon (starting September 12, 2018) at the Main Mall fountain for a free 45 minute guided walk. A great way to recharge mid-day and re-focus for the afternoon. Check the schedule for a full year of walks to enjoy!

UBC Staff & Faculty Drills

Tennis Programs

This is a great program for staff and faculty of UBC to join in on some fun drill sessions during their workday lunch hour. These drills will cover all strokes in both singles and doubles situations and allow participants to build confidence through repetition. Staff & Faculty Lunch Time Volleyball League
