Drowning Prevention Week

July 21-27 | Free activities all week long!

Would you know what to do if you were boating with friends and an accident happened? Join us at the UBC Aquatic Centre for FREE drop-in programming. You’ll learn how to recognize a drowning swimmer, CPR & First Aid basics, PFD fittings, and more! Our lifeguards and instructors will demonstrate and teach life-long skills so you can stay safe while you explore the rivers, lakes, and ocean around BC this summer. RSVP to participate in our drowning prevention week activities!

Tennis Summer Heat

Looking to play tennis in a more competitive setting? Each week will feature singles and doubles matches supervised by a UBC teaching pro. This fun and competitive class is a great way to meet new people and have an energizing workout. You do not need a partner to sign up and can register for one session or multiple sessions as each week will be different.
