Come move with us as we enter Thrive month!
Each year, UBC dedicates the month of November as a time when we come together as a community to learn and explore ways to support our mental health. To celebrate Thrive Month, UBC Recreation and Thrive have collaborated to present fun NEW activities including UBC’s Largest Shadowboxing Class, Intro to R&B Choreography, Intro to Muay Thai, and Intro to Fencing (open to everyone, no prior experience needed)! For the entire month of November, there will be a variety of in-person and virtual events to encourage the UBC community to prioritize mental health.
