Please answer the following questions with examples from your previous work experience:

  • "To whom it may concern:

I would like to file a complaint regarding a major miscommunication with your front desk staff. I phoned in this past Tuesday to find out the drop in time. I was informed of the weekly times and chose to come for the session that runs from 2:30-3:45pm on Friday, but was not told to arrive early or book a spot ahead of time. Instead, I drove all the way from Coquitlam – on my one day off work this month – to come play.

When I arrived at 2:25pm, I found out that all the spots had been filled and that there was no opening left for me. This was extremely frustrating as I had just spent the majority of my day planning around this event. It would have been nice to have known in advance when I called the first time what I should do in order to get a sure spot. Also, I explained my situation and pleaded my case with the staff to add just one more person to the drop-in list, but I was coldly rejected.

My experience at your facility was extremely disappointing and at this point I don’t see myself returning.
