Welcome to the Point Grey Cup Flag Football League
Gridiron games are back at UBC Vancouver! The Point Grey Flag Football League is intended for players of all skill levels offered in Tier 1 & Tier 2. Teams will play 1 game per week, or more with the possibility of bye weeks (no games that week) to ensure as balanced a schedule as possible. Teams will play at least 7 games (6 regular season and 1 playoff/consolation game).
We have revisited our Intramurals Participation Structure policies in an effort to improve the inclusivity of our programs. There are different team structures that depend on the gender expression and identity compositions of a team. We have updated the names and descriptions of these different structures to better describe the competition environments in each.
