Greg Lock


Greg is currently a Senior student completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at UBC. Having a background in competitive swimming, he understands the fundamentals of being well-conditioned.

Greg’s approach to training is intense yet easy-going: He believes in a good combination between strict programming and a light hearted attitude during training to allow one to fully maximize their potential. He has experience working in rehabilitation settings, alongside university staff members, cancer patients, as well in clinical settings for acute injuries. Greg has acquired a wide set of knowledge regarding exercise variations for rehabilitation and strengthening for performance.

Astonished by the performance increase and confidence it brought to him, Greg believes that with consistency, hard work and diligent planning, anyone can leave the gym looking better than they came in.
