Kaitlyn Gilham


Kaitlyn is a first year masters student studying chronic disease prevention. She has her standard first aid, is a certified personal trainer through canfitpro, and is currently pursuing her nutrition coaching certification. As a former competitive swimmer, she knows firsthand the benefits of exercise on both physical and mental health, as well as academic success. She also has experience working in a clinical setting, helping patients rehabilitate and prevent injuries. Outside of school, she enjoys staying fit through strength training, swimming, cycling, running, and hiking.

She strongly believes in personalizing fitness programs to best fit her clients lifestyle, personal commitments, and exercise preferences in order to create long-term healthy habits. Kaitlyn’s intention is to help her clients meet their fitness and nutrition goals in a safe, enjoyable way that encourages them to continue improving and staying healthy.
