Niko Bauer

Niko is currently a First Year Student at UBC Sauder School of Business, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

He has found exercise as a great way to motivate himself, as it helps him on a daily basis to get out of bed and have a great start to his day.

For him, functional and practical movements are what is most important when training. Niko likes, and enjoys seeing in his clients the capacity to move freely and without restriction through life.

If you choose to train with Niko, he will focus on functional movement: it is the field he has the most experience in, and he firmly believes in the benefits it has for your body.

He is not a planner though: unless explicitly asked to make you ‘bulky’, or able to lift heavy weights, he is far more interested in creating freedom within your own range of motion (ROM).
