Community Rowing Coach

Ronan has been involved with Saint George’s and UBC rowing for 9 years. His rowing career started in 2002 at St. George’s School, and culminated in 2 CSSRA national championships before graduating in 2007. Ronan has been coaching the Saints Jr. C program for 4 years. He also currently coxes the UBC Varsity men’s team and the Canadian Under-23 national team, and hopes to continue to compete with both while completing his Bachelor’s of Commerce degree at the Sauder School of Business. Memorable highlights of his rowing and coaching career include winning the Grand Challenge at the Royal Henley Regatta in England, and watching his Jr. C quad win gold at the Delta Deas regatta in 2010.
