Sandra Wong


Sandra is a fourth-year Kinesiology student at UBC. After playing high performance soccer throughout her childhood and high school years, Sandra transitioned to strength training along with volleyball, Yoga, and Pilates, believing that holistic physical health and wellness is a constant active process. She understands that everyone has different fitness goals and she aims to create a journey together where clients feel empowered to reach their own personal goals and feel confident physically and mentally. Sandra’s strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities will help clients feel centred as they build sustainable routines and health habits while also having fun!
