Biography
Jessica started playing tennis at the age of five and began competing a few years later. As a junior she competed throughout Portugal and Canada, including the National Championships, ranking in the top 10 and 20 respectively. At age 15, Jessica attended Culford School in England to study and train at their tennis Academy. Jessica then played four years at the University of Tennessee at Martin, a division 1 program while completing her Bachelor's of Science. Jessica then joined the UBC TSC Tennis Team during the first year of her graduate studies at UBC.
