UBC Recreation Promotional Materials Request

  1. Please outline in the form below details of the activation that you require the goods for, as well as the goods that you require.
  2. Please submit requests 1-2 weeks in advance. We can accommodate shorter lead-times, but for us to ensure that your goods are available and to give us time to assemble them for you, a longer lead-time is desired.
  3. Once your request has been submitted and received by our team, a Marketing Assistant will send you a confirmation and let you know when you can pick up the goods from the Marketing office (#109 at the SRC).

    The actual date that the event you require the promo goods for. If blank, we will assume the same as the pick-up date.

    Everything is to be returned to the Marketing office at the SRC (#109) by end-of-day
  • Dark blue table cloths branded with UBC Recreation
  • Pull up banners branded with UBC Recreation. Includes bag and stand
  • Pop-Up flags are approximately 7ft tall & have UBC Recreation branding. Contains: 1 stand, 2 poles that connect, and a flag
  • Includes 12ft extendable flag pole, UBC Recreation branded flag, stand and sand bags.
  • Trifolds of varying size with options to customize content
  • Each box contains 100 branded guides
