Come move with us as we enter Thrive month!
Each year, UBC dedicates the month of November as a time when we come together as a community to learn and explore ways to support our mental health. To celebrate Thrive Month, UBC Recreation and Thrive have collaborated to present fun NEW activities open to everyone, with no prior experience needed. Stay tuned for what programs we will offer this year!
For the entire month of November, there will be a variety of in-person and virtual events to encourage the UBC community to prioritize mental health. For more information about Thrive and other events going on, please see the Thrive website.
