Spring & Summer Free Week
Tuesday, May 24 – Monday, May 30, 2022
Welcome to UBC Recreation’s Free Week where there will be a variety of opportunities for you to try different classes and activities. Open to Students, Staff & Faculty, and the public, programs and events happen in each of the Recreation facilities across campus. You won’t want to miss out! No experience is required for any of the classes and all abilities are welcome!
How to Participate:
- FREE Advanced registration is required.
- Registration opens 24 hours before each class.
- Use your online UBC Recreation Login to sign-up for spots in each of the Free Week classes you want to try.
- Please note that spots in Free Week classes are limited.

After Free Week:
Free Week is an opportunity to try out all of the classes we offer before you register for your favourites:
- Instructional Fitness Classes: Dance, Martial Arts, Cardio, Conditioning & Strength
- Group Fitness Classes: included for free in all Fitness Centre Memberships. (Includes Boot Camps, Yoga & Pilates, and Spin)
