Welcome to UBC Recreation Fitness & Classes

UBC Fitness Programs are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the UBC Community. We have two fitness facilities: The BirdCoop Fitness Centre and the ARC Fitness Centre. These facilities offer gym memberships, Women (Trans Women Welcome) & Two-Spirit, Trans, Non-Binary (2STNB) fitness hours, climbing cave, a variety of fitness classes, as well as personal training for individuals of all fitness levels.

Thanksgiving Reduced Hours

October 1, 2024

UBC Recreation’s Sports Facilities will have adjusted hours on Monday, October 14, 2024 for Thanksgiving. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they are planning to visit our facilities.

Drop-In Futsal Returns Every Wednesday!
