UBC Fitness Programs are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the UBC Community. We have two fitness facilities: The BirdCoop Fitness Centre and the ARC Fitness Centre. These facilities offer gym memberships, women’s only fitness times, a variety of fitness classes, as well as personal training for individuals of all fitness levels. Access to facility requires advanced registration.

Face Masks Required at ALL TIMES in the Fitness Centres – Effective Immediately

As a result of the newest Provincial guidelines relating to indoor individual exercise, effective immediately all patrons are required to wear non-medical face masks at all times. Please note that this extends the previous requirements for mask use in the fitness facilities.
