Welcome to UBC Recreation Fitness & Classes

UBC Fitness Programs are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of the UBC Community. We have two fitness facilities: The BirdCoop Fitness Centre and the ARC Fitness Centre. These facilities offer gym memberships, women’s only fitness times, climbing cave, a variety of fitness classes, as well as personal training for individuals of all fitness levels.

BC Day Reduced Hours

UBC Recreation’s Sports Facilities will have adjusted hours on for the upcoming BC Day on Monday, August 1, 2022. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they are planning to visit our facilities.
