The quickest way to find a team for all intramural leagues, tournaments, and events is to talk to people in your classes, faculties, clubs, residences, and among your friends to find people who are also interested in participating in one of our dozens of programs. Once you’ve got at least the minimum number of players to sign up, you can register online.
What if I still can’t find a team?
1. Team Finder & Free Agent Directory
Pick from one of two options to find a team or find more players. Or do both to improve your odds of finding a team.
Player & Team Finder Form – List yourself as a player or team looking to match so others can contact you
UBC Recreation Intramurals hosts a Facebook Group where players who are looking for a team, and teams that are looking for more players can be connected. Please use the program specific threads for the league or event(s) you are interested in participating in.
3. Attend the Free Agent Meeting | September 16th & 17th
The Free Agent meeting is an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals looking to form a team for Intramurals Leagues. Individuals who form a team at the meeting will have an opportunity to register on the spot.
Interested in participating in Day of the LongBoat but don’t have a team yet? Join us at the Day of the LongBoat Free Agent Meeting on Sep 17 at 6:00 PM to connect with other participants and find teammates before race day.
