Team Roster Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 @5:00PM

As Team Captain, you are responsible for submitting your team’s roster online using the unique Team ID and Access Code provided in this email. Please make sure to adhere to the roster rules specific to your race type when submitting your roster information:
Roster Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 5 at 5:00 PM.
Roster Size & Rules: Teams must have 8-10 participants with a maximum of 5 self-identifying men.
Required Information: You will need the student numbers and emails of your teammates when adding them to the roster. Please double-check all information for accuracy. Once added, teammates will receive an email with a link to sign the online waiver.
*If you have not met the roster requirements by Wednesday, November 6 @5pm, you will not be able to participate. No additions to any team rosters will be accepted on the day of the event.

All participants must fill out an online waiver! Team members will not appear on your roster until an online waiver is signed. Waivers must be signed by Thursday, November 6, 12:00 PM. Please relay this information to your teammates to avoid any miscommunication.
*Please note: Participants must sign a waiver before participating; failure to sign will render them ineligible to take part. Students must be enrolled in classes and have paid their tuition to be eligible to participate.
Event Day Information:
Please ensure you and your whole team report to the check-in table 30 minutes prior to your timeslot. Check-in will be located at the top of the main stairwell. Please first check-in with the holding marshal at the bottom of the stairs.
Identification & Bag Check: Everyone must bring a physical UBC Student card to the event. Digital copies or other forms of ID will not be accepted, and team members without ID cannot participate. There will be space to store your belongings in the hallway outside the gym, but UBC Intramurals Staff will not be responsible for them.
Content & Photobooth: Our media and digital content teams will be present taking photos and videos during the event. If you do not want to appear in any photography or videography, please let a staff member know during sign-in so we can provide you with a pink wristband. There will be opportunities during and after the event to take photos with your team and the photobooth which will be located inside the gyms.
Games and Activities: Teams will face off against one another in a series of games over a rotation throughout the duration of their chosen time slot. Closed-toed shoes are recommended, but not mandatory. However, we highly recommend that you wear socks. We encourage everyone to dress up according to this year’s Gladiator theme of Under the Sea as there will be extra points awarded to the teams that do!
