We hope you’re enjoying the season so far! Below are reminders about some important dates including the team uniform deadline on November 6, 2026.

Team Roster Deadline | November 6, 2026

Team rosters must be finalized by November 6. No new additions can be made after this date.

Team captains are responsible for submitting their team’s roster by the deadline. Your team’s ID, access code, and roster form can all be found in your captain’s ‘Captain’s Package’ email. Should you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at intramurals.info@ubc.ca.

Uniform Deadline | October 16, 2026

After October 16 all teams must have similar coloured jerseys with permanent 6-inch numbers on the back. Simple shirts with clear, visible, permanent (no tape) numbers are acceptable. Enforcement of the uniform requirement by Intramurals Leagues Staff will begin the week of October 13.

The Roundnet, Badminton, and Pickleball Leagues are exempt from the uniform requirement.
