Tennis - Performance

This camp is for high performance tennis players who compete at the provincial and/or national level. Players will work on all components of the game, as well as learn how to handle match play pressure situations.

Prerequisites: All players in this camp must either be currently enrolled in one of our Champs or Elite programs or be invited to register by the High Performance Director. To inquire about an assessment please contact tennis.centre@ubc.ca.
 
Required Equipment: Participants are expected to be prepared with at least two tennis rackets, a large water bottle, a skipping rope, hat and sunscreen. 
 
Location Details: Participants will sign-in and sign-out at the UBC Tennis Bubble unless communicated otherwise. For the morning camps, drop off and pick up will occur from 8:45am-9:00am and 12:00pm-12:15pm. For the afternoon camps, drop off and pick up will occur from 12:45pm-1:00pm and 4:00pm-4:15pm.

Please note: Performance Camp dates may change based on tournament schedule and player availability and are not guaranteed to run. Approved players will be contacted to complete the registration process. Due to the limited capacity, we may be unable to accommodate all interested campers. Priority will be given to players previously registered in our Competitive, Champs and/or Elite programs.

A digital copy of the consent form is completed during online registration. In-person or over the phone registration requires a paper copy be submitted prior to the first day of camp.
