This suite of classes highlights exercises that focus on the muscles associated with overall cardio and strength training. Depending on the program, some of the classes might also include elements of activities such as dance and martial arts. Whether you’re new to fitness and not sure where to start, or a competitive athlete, there is a class tailored for all levels that will help you feel confident, strong, and purely enjoy being physically active.
