What is Move More, Learn More?
Move More, Learn More is a health education program designed for women and trans women to build confidence in their fitness, health, and overall wellbeing.
This interactive program gives participants the opportunity to explore a variety of physical activities in a welcoming, supportive environment. From yoga and weight training to dance, cardio, and more, you’ll discover new ways to stay active and find what works best for your lifestyle.
What Do We Learn?
Move more, learn more, happens every Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, starting October 14 until December 2.
