S.T.E.A.M'ers Plus

Inventing, problem solving, design, and technology literacy are key skills students need to succeed in our modern, fast-paced world. Children will work on developing key 21st -century skills of creativity, collaboration & calmness in our ever-changing world through interactive hands-on lessons, activities, exercises, and games. S.T.E.A.M'ers Plus is an alternative offering for students who may have already experienced our STEAMERS program and would love to continue exploring science concepts and hands - on experiments in a fun and playful environment.

Required Equipment: Nut-free snacks and lunch, personal pencil case (with basic writing supplies such as pencils, erasers, ruler, sharpener, a few markers and crayons), and a book they are enjoying reading for downtime during the day. Please bring two empty cardboard toilet / paper towel cardboard rolls and an empty plastic bottle for their water purification experiment. Also send other recyclable items or material that they can use in their engineering projects such as, empty tissue boxes, paper towel or toilet paper cardboard rolls, empty plastic bottles/containers etc.
