3-Metre Diving Board: Age & Height Rules Start Jan 2
Starting January 2, 2025, access to the 3-metre diving board will be restricted to individuals aged 12 and older who are at least 1.35 metres (4 ft 4 in) tall. This update aligns with national safety standards to enhance guest safety.

2STNB & Sensory Sensitive Swim Times
Starting January 6, Sensory Sensitive Swim is now offered on Monday mornings from 9:00-10:00am, in addition to our regular Wednesday session, providing an inclusive and calming swim experience!

Remembrance Day Reduced Hours
UBC Recreation’s sports facilities will have adjusted hours on November 11 in observance of Remembrance Day. We encourage guests to plan ahead if they are planning to visit our facilities.
Floating Pumpkin Patch | October 27
The UBC Aquatic Centre is thrilled to announce that we are running our Floating Pumpkin Patch again! Join us on Sunday, October 27, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leisure Pool for an unforgettable experience.
Aquatic Centre Facility Closure | Oct 10 at 4:00PM
The facility will be closed early to the public on Thursday, October 10 at 4:00PM to host the UBC Recreation event, Water Wars. We encourage guests of the UBC Aquatic Centre to check the UBC Aquatic Centre schedule prior to each visit for the most up-to-date information.
