Did you try out a class you loved during Free Week? Now is the time to register for its series!

UBC Recreation offers two categories of fitness classes: series-based instructional fitness classes and drop-in group fitness classes.

  • Instructional Fitness Classes:

Guests of the ARC Fitness Centre should be aware that the UBC Life Building closes at 7:00pm on weekdays, however the ARC hours remain unchanged.

To access the ARC Fitness Centre on weekdays after 7:00pm:
