Guests of the UBC Aquatic Centre are to be advised that the sauna will be closed until further notice due to unforeseen maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
UBC Aquatic Centre Re-Opening
The UBC Aquatic Centre is pleased to announce that the Annual Preventative Closure (APC) is complete for 2026, and that we are reopening for full spring term with more regular operating hours and programs as of Monday, April 27.

The BMO Vancouver Marathon is taking place on May 3. Around UBC, road closures will be in effect between 8AM and 12:30PM.

Annual Pool Closure | Mar 27 – Apr 26
The UBC Aquatic Centre’s Annual Pool Closure will take place from Friday, March 27 at 5:00PM – Sunday, April 26 inclusive.
No Aquatic Lessons | Feb 14-22
This is a friendly reminder that there will be no swim lessons taking place from February 14 – 22, due to the UBC student reading break and reduced holiday hours.
