IM Leagues | Roster Deadline – Nov 7
Attention Intramural League Participants! Team rosters must be finalized by November 7, 2025. No new additions can be made after this date.
Rec Pool Closed | Oct 22
The recreation is closed for the remainder of Wednesday, October 22 and will remain closed until Thursday, October 23, at 12:00 pm. Drop-in sessions scheduled for the recreation pool are also cancelled until then. Please refer to our schedule page for the latest updates.
Sign Up For UBC Rec’s Powwow Dance Class!
Thrive is back and this year we’re hosting a Powwow Dance class in collaboration with Nyla Bedard! Join us for an indigenous dance class that introduces the different powwow dance styles with focus on traditional, jingle dress and fancy shawl movements. Come out, get moving and celebrate Indigenous culture through dance!
Adaptive Sports | Know Before You Go
UBC Recreation Intramural’s Adaptive Sport event is meant for people of all abilities to come together and have the unique opportunity to experience a fun para-sport, wheelchair tennis. In collaboration with BC Wheelchair Sports Association and the UBC Tennis Centre, we are happy to present an inclusive and accessible opportunity for students to try something new! Traffic Advisory | Great Trek – Oct 25
Patrons should be aware that on Saturday, October 25, 2025, the annual Great Trek will be taking place on campus. To support the course of this event, some significant road closures and impacts will be in place from 7:00AM – 1:30PM on Saturday, October 25, 2025. We would suggest budgeting additional time to travel around on campus on that day.
Hot Tub Closure | Oct 21
Guests of the UBC Aquatic Centre are to be advised that the hot tub will be closed from October 21st for general maintenance.
